ARP (Additional Resource Provision)

We have a “Additional Resource Provisions” (ARPs) within the school which are designed to meet the needs of children who require something slightly different from a mainstream classroom and standard curriculum, often because of autism or sensory needs. Places for our ARPs are assigned to children by the Inclusion Team at CYPES, and as not all schools have an ARP, both children from within and outside the normal Rouge Bouillon catchment may be assigned places. The balance of time that children with an ARP place spend within the ARP setting, or appropriately supported within a mainstream class will depend on the individual needs of the child.
